Time for another round up of what our loanees have been up to out and about on Saturday.
Firstly, there was a debut for Jordan Thomas, he started for Torquay in their FA Trophy game against Truro.
His new side came out on top 1-0 thanks to a second half goal from Dan Hayfield.
Before his debut, Thomas gave an interview to the club’s YouTube channel where he described the move as a ‘no brainer’, you can listen to that… here.
Also in FA Trophy action were that lot down by the seaside, who were playing the other lot by the seaside.
W*ymouth, with Will Buse in goal beat Weston-super-Mare 3-2 to progress to the next round of the Trophy.
57’ SUPER WILL BUSE! A double save to deny the hosts a goal.

He’s also had a little YouTube clip made of him, give that a watch here, if you like.
Jacob Shore was in the Tavistock line up for their 2-2 draw against Malvern Town, another solid display for the defender in that one.
25- the eventual cross by Ben Steer is flicked wide by Jacob Shore at the far-post

Mason Alden was in the Welton Rovers team that lost 2-0 to Brixham whilst team news hasn’t been helpful in deciphering if Nansimir Nanev (Sturminster Newton) or Sol Padmore (Bridport) played for their teams.
There was no Corey Koerner or Josh Haskett in the Sherborne side
I wonder if the omission of Corey Koerner and Josh Haskett from the Sherborne side on Saturday was so they will be fresh to play for Yeovil in Tuesday’s Somerset Premier Cup Second Round match against Weston Super Mare. The Weston manager has said that most of his team for Tuesday will be young players with only a few senior players who need minutes. He also said he expected Yeovil to do the same. We’ll see.
