Reuben Reid will be a Yeovil Town player for the 2021/22 season after extending his stay beyond the current campaign, it has been confirmed.

As reported here on the Gloverscast, Darren Sarll had dropped a hint that Reid was a part of his longer term plans, something which has been confirmed today.

BBC Somerset reporters Tom Seymour and Sheridan Robins confirmed in commentary and via social media to Dave Coates that the former Cheltenham man is staying at Huish Park for a while yet, although the full terms of the deal has not yet been released.

Reid joins Joe Quigley in extending his contract into next season and beyond as Sarll looks to begin moudling his squad for next season.

Reid is in his second stint as a Yeovil player having spent time with the Glovers between 2012-14.
