Well, the season has ended with the ultimate disappointment on the pitch but in the aftermath there is a new dawn at Huish Park. Under new ownership, the cloud of Pr*estnall has gone. Like we did last season, we’ve done another End of Season Survey for the readers of Gloverscast to take part in. Last year 499 (argh!) of you responded. Can you help us get to 500 this time round?

The survey is on Google Forms and is a mix of multiple choice and linear scale (1-7 of course) questions about issues on the pitch, off the pitch and the future. There is also an optional section about the Gloverscast that we’d be very grateful if you’d complete it.

The survey will be open for four weeks and will close on Wednesday 14th June. We’ll go through the responses and share them on the website like we did for last year’s survey.

Earlier this week, we asked readers of the Gloverscast to cast their vote on if they felt the protracted takeover of the club by SU Glovers was going to get over the line.

757 of you voted with a majority of 626 (83%) thinking the takeover WON’T happen and just 131 (17%) thinking it WILL happen. There are some interesting comments on the poll which you can read here.

Lets ask you another question…

Sorry, there are no polls available at the moment.

It’s been 115 days since Yeovil announced an ‘exclusivity agreement’ with a preferred bidder. We learned on February 28th that the bidder was SU Glovers and that they’d taken on the ‘stewardship’ of the club – how naive our headline looks now. Despite ‘scarves on pitch’, it turns out there’s a bit more to it than that and now 56 days later we’re still awaiting official confirmation.

It’s been a while since we’ve done one of these, so lets gauge the room and your gut feel on the question…

Sorry, there are no polls available at the moment.

Did you know? There were 132 days between Simul Sports entering ‘final stages of due diligence’ and the deal collapsing in May 2022.

How long was March? Let us know your views in our regular pulse survey below.
