Yeovil Town Women have been handed a home tie over Southampton FC Women in the Adobe Women’s FA Cup 3rd Qualifying Round.
The first thing to note, this is NOT the Women’s team associated with men’s team currently towards the bottom of the Men’s Premier League, but a different one -not the Saints, but the Sirens.
The Glovers overcame Pucklechurch on penalties at the weekend to reach this round.
Southampton are currently bottom of the Women’s National League – South West Division One having played three and lost three so far this campaign.
The tie is scheduled to take place on Sunday 13th October at Alvington.
