James Plant and Aidan Stone go straight into the Yeovil Town starting XI for today’s trip to Dagenham & Redbridge (3pm kick-off).

Stone, who joined on a permanent deal following his arrived following his release from Notts County, takes over in goal following the departure of Ollie Wright to Solihull Moors via his parent club Southampton.

Plant, who has re-signed on loan until the end of the season, starts at left wing-back – we are guessing.

On the bench are loanees midfielder  Sean McGurk and striker Ciaran McGuckin.

 

New signing Kyrell Wilson has been handed a debut as Yeovil Town take on Rochdale in the National League Premier Division today (3pm kick-off).

The Swansea City forward plays alongside Ciaran McGuckin and Sean McGurk in a front line in place of Josh Sims as on of the two changes from the goalless draw with Gateshead in the last match.

Jacob Maddox replaces the departed Matt Worthington in midfielder with Jake Wannell taking the captain’s armband.

 

Striker Aaron Jarvis and central defender Morgan Williams are out of the Yeovil Town starting line-up for tonight’s home match with Gateshead at Huish Park (7.30pm kick-off).

The former Torquay United frontman limped off with a hamstring injury after an hour of the 1-1 draw at Ebbsfleet United on Tuesday night, where Williams completed the full 90 minutes having missed the 1-1 draw at home to Woking last weekend.

Club captain Matt Worthington makes his 250th appearance for the club and Alex Whittle returns at left-back for his first start since the 2-0 win at Woking at the end of November.

New signing Lewys Twamley, signed from Southern League Premier Division South side Merthyr Town yesterday, is named among the substitutes.

Kofi Shaw returns from suspension to take his place back in the Yeovil Town line up for the away game at Ebbsfleet.

The Bristol Rovers loanee is one of two changes for the line up with Morgan Williams back in the fold too.

Frank Nouble and Josh Sims drop to the bench where there’s a return for Alex Whittle.

Dom Bernard comes in to the Yeovil Town starting XI to face his former club Forest Green Rovers on New Year’s Day (3pm kick-off).

The defender replaces Finn Cousin-Dawson in the Glovers’ backline, the only change from the 2-2 draw at home to Eastleigh on Boxing Day.

The winger, whose arrival on a one-month loan was announced on Christmas Eve, is one of three changes with Bristol Rovers’ loanee Kofi Shaw, who scored in the 2-1 defeat at  Hartlepool United last weekend, and Josh Sims also in the XI.

Out of the team go defenders Michael Smith, Dom Bernard and striker Frank Nouble, who are both named on the substitutes’ bench.

 

 

 

 

 

Frank Nouble returns to the Yeovil Town starting XI for today’s trip to Hartlepool United (3pm kick-off).

It is an experienced looking XI with Dom Bernard back in on the left side of defence and captain Matt Worthington alongside Charlie Cooper and Brett McGavin in midfield.

There are only five players named on the substitutes’ bench including goalkeeper Matt Gould and youngster Ollie Wright.

 

 

Midfielder Josh Sims is the one change to the Yeovil Town starting XI for the rearranged FA Trophy third round tie with W*ymouth at Huish Park tonight.

He replaces on loan Bristol Rovers man Kofi Shaw from the 2-0 league win at Woking two days ago. Defender Michael Smith is named on the substitutes’ bench in place of striker Harvey Greenslade, who the club confirmed has joined National League South side Weston-super-Mare on loan until January.

For our seagull bothering visitors, former Glovers’ strikers Brandon Goodship and Malachi Linton and defender Calvin Brooks are in the starting XI with Brooklyn Genesini, who was on loan at Huish Park last season, is among the substitutes.

On loan Exeter City defender Ed James is handed his Yeovil Town debut as we face Barnet in the National League Premier Division at Huish Park tonight (7.45pm kick-off).

The 19-year-old, whose arrival was announced by the club this evening, lines up alongside Morgan Williams, Michael Smith and Alex Whittle.

The Glovers are without the suspended Jake Wannell, Finn Cousin-Dawson and Dom Bernard following a spate of red cards in their previous two matches.

Frank Nouble comes in to the starting line-up in place of Bristol Rovers’ loanee Kofi Shaw, who is named amongst the Glovers’ substitutes.

Barnet include Yeovil-born Ryan Glover, who joined following his departure from Aldershot Town in the summer, in their starting XI.
