The Football Association’s ‘naughty portal’ has updated overnight to show that Alex Whittle will have to miss a game.
The full back received his fifth yellow card of the campaign mid way through the second half after the official decided that taking a split second too long over a throw in was simply unacceptable.
Whittle be missing for the Farnborough game on Tuesday 14th November – he will be fine to play against Dover this coming Saturday.
For what it’s worth; Rhys Murphy, Matt Worthington and Charlie Cooper are also listed as being on four bookings.
