Tickets

All opposition clubs are sent physical tickets in advance of the fixture. We currently have a maximum allocation of 1,050 tickets in the Away End. This comprises of 147 seated tickets and standing tickets located alongside one side in the Barclay LED stand (situated along the length of the pitch) and the Touch Telecom Stand behind the goal.

If the full allocation is not sold, any remaining tickets will be available online on matchday once we have received the reconciliation from the away club. You will need to create an account and purchase a ticket in the Barclay LED Away Standing / Seated or The Kitching Plant Away Standing stands. You can do this by clicking here.

Please note, any lost, damaged or stolen tickets can only be reprinted if we receive the ticket reference number and request directly from your club. Any collections that are not received by the opposition club on matchday for their away supporters, will have to be re-purchased (subject to availability).
Collections can be picked up from the Away Programme hut located next to the South Turnstile and South Gate. Programmes and souvenirs will also be available from here.

Car Parking

There is no parking inside The Marcy Fitness Stadium. Parking is subject to local restrictions on most of the residential streets around the ground, including Wayside Crescent and St Nicholas Road.
Matchday parking can be accessed at Cedar Court Hotel on Park Parade, HG1 5AH, for £5 per vehicle on a first come first served basis.
Anyone wishing to park at Cedar Court Hotel, which is a five to ten minute walk from the ground across the Stray, must enter their vehicle details and card details on the iPads in reception.
There are other roads close to the ground where parking is possible, but we would ask you to be respectful of local residents and ensure that you do not block or infringe driveways. For more information on parking in Harrogate please click here.
Alternatively, We are only a 15-20 minute walk from the Town centre where a number of car parks are available and 20-25 minutes from the Official Club Store on Commercial Street (please note, the club store is closed on Home Matchdays unless specified, however, we do have a pop-up shop at the Exercise Stadium, with a large variety of merchandise).

Stadium Security & Safety

All our matches are manned by fully trained SIA Security Stewards who can be easily identified by their uniform. We have trained medics in attendance, two Defib Units on site and first aiders to attend to minor issues.
We would urge you not to bring bags to the stadium as we do have a Stop & Search Policy which is generally overseen by the local police and search dogs outside the stadium at the turnstiles.
A reminder that the following articles must not be brought into the ground – large bags or suitcases, baby buggies or prams, video recording equipment, large lens cameras, drinking glasses, glass bottles or plastic bottles with lids, canned drinks, darts, knives or weapons, fireworks or flares, gas or smoke canisters, tools, air horns or musical instruments, flag poles, poles or sticks, umbrellas, selfie sticks, dangerous or hazardous items, laser devices, and any article that might be used as a weapon and/or compromise public safety. All flags must carry a fire safety certificate. Any person in possession of such items will be refused entry to the ground.

Harrogate Town AFC Football Club operates a ticketing policy that recognises that disabled supporters may need assistance to fully enjoy the match day experience and offers a variety of reasonable adjustments based on individual supporters needs, not their ‘disability’. If you require Reasonable Adjustment Form, then please contact our Disability Access Officer at dao@harrogatetownafc.com Alternatively, you can request a form over the counter or by calling 01423 210600.

Disabled supporters can purchase a season or a match day ticket (subject to availability) at the appropriate age band price, which includes a complimentary Personal Assistant Ticket, if required, for their personal assistant (subject to qualification); see ‘Requesting a complimentary Personal Assistant/Essential Companion Ticket’ for guidance on this process. Wheelchair spaces are provided in the home end only. Crutches and walking sticks are allowed but must be stored under your seat. Walking frames and rollators cannot be kept in the seating areas for safety reasons. Stewards can help store these and return them after the event. Companion seating is available adjacent to wheelchair spaces. Seating areas are well-maintained, and staff are available to assist with seating.

Wheelchair users are accommodated on the front row (pitch-side) of either our Marcy Fitness or Duchy Hospital stands. For more information, please refer to our Access Statement.

Ambulant supporters can sit anywhere in the ground and will be charged the relevant age band price for the area they choose to sit in. Requirements should be stipulated at the time of purchasing a ticket to ensure the appropriate reasonable adjustments are provided.

We are currently working hard to improve our facilities, with a particular focus on enhancing accessibility for disabled supporters. During this period of development, we must temporarily accommodate away wheelchair users within the home end. Please be assured that we are doing everything we can to make this experience as safe and enjoyable as possible. Where feasible, we will also ensure that disabled supporters are seated near each other for comfort and convenience. Away supporters are very welcome to wear their own respective club colours. If you have any questions or concerns, fans are encouraged to contact the club by telephone or email. We appreciate you’re understanding and support as we work to make our stadium more inclusive for everyone.
