Andy Welsh is a Yeovil Town centurion. Between 2008 and 2011 you could find Andy bombing down the wing, scoring goals and assisting his teammates. On this episode of the Glovers Past, we caught up with Andy – now the manager of Bury AFC – about his time at Huish Park.

We covered:

  • Working under Russell Slade
  • Terry Skiverton taking over following Slade’s departure
  • What it was like working under Skivo and Nathan Jones
  • Yeovil’s Premier League loanees – Steven Caulker, Andros Townsend, Ryan Mason, Asmir Begovic and the rest..
  • Becoming a manager and life at Bury AFC.
