Yeovil will travel to Devon on Saturday 8th July for a friendly against Buckland Athletic.

Tickets will only be available on the day and will cost £8 for adults, £6 for concessions and £2 for under-12s.

Based in Newton Abbot, Buckland Athletic ply their trade in the Western League Premier Division.

 

 

Earlier this week the club confirmed a friendly with Tiverton Town was scheduled for the 16th July.

I expect goals. Yes I know pre season is about shaking off the beach and fitness and no one is expecting full tilt full first team and the triallist family will make it’s annual pre-seasonal appearance but the last pre season told me a lot and unfortunately I was proved right. We struggled to score. Cooper has a lot to prove to me that he’s the man to take us back to NLP and it starts pre season. We need to score goals in these fixtures and show resilience against bigger teams if we play them. People tell me pre season means nothing…actually it usually reveals a lot of things.
