Yeovil Town have named an unchanged starting XI for today’s trip to FC Halifax Town (3pm kick-off).

The first side selected by interim manager Richard Dryden looks as if it features the same defensive (back four?) which raced in to a 3-0 lead at home to Gateshead, a match which the Glovers lost 4-3.

Yeovil Town have made four changes to their starting XI from the weekend’s defeat at Braintree Town as they take on Gateshead at Huish Park on Bank Holiday Monday (3pm kick-off).

Coming in to the side are Alex Whittle, Luke McCormick, Junior Morias and Harvey Greenslade with Kyle Ferguson, Finn Cousin-Dawson, Aaron Jarvis and Tahvon Campbell all dropping to the substitutes’ bench.

According to BBC Somerset reporter Josh Perkins has said that “it is a back four” – we will wait to see how that transpires when we get underway.

Former Glovers’ forward Frank Nouble starts the game for the visitors, making his first return to Huish Park since departing for the North East in March.

Yeovil Town make four changes from the 2-1 home win over Brackley on Wednesday.

James Plant returns for his third debut for the Glovers after joining on loan from Port Vale, whilst Jake Wannell returns from suspension to skipper the side – Aaron Jarvis starts up top.

Alex Whittle and Junior Morias drop to the bench as does Harvey Greenslade, whilst there’s no place at all in the squad for Charlie Cooper, his place in the starting eleven is taken by Finn Cousin-Dawson.

Yeovil Town have made four changes for their clash against Brackley Town.

Aaron Jarvis, Luke McCormick and Finn Cousin-Dawson drop to the bench whilst Jake Wannell serves his one-match ban.

In come Kyle Ferguson, Brett McGavin, Junior Morias and Harvey Greenslade.

There’s no place for James Plant who will have to wait until the weekend for his third YTFC debut.

Striker Tahvon Campbell has been handed his first competitive start for Yeovil Town against one of his former clubs Forest Green Rovers today (3pm kick-off).

The frontman, who was at The New Lawn in 2018 when current Glovers’ boss Mark Cooper was manager in Gloucestershire, lines up in a forward line which includes Aaron Jarvis.

Fellow summer signing James Daly, who played at wing back in the opening day 0-0 draw at home to Hartlepool United, drops to the substitutes bench in the only change for Yeovil from seven days ago.

New signings goalkeeper Jed Ward, loan wing back Byron Pendleton, and midfielders Luke McCormick and James Daly have all been handed their National League debuts as Yeovil Town take on Hartlepool United in today’s opening match (3pm kick-off).

On the bench are strikers Junior MoriasBen Wodskou and Tahvon Campbell alongside defender Kyle Ferguson and midfielder Brett McGavin, who suffered an injury in pre-season, named on the substitutes’ bench.

As ever, the conundrum of whether Finn Cousin-Dawson is lining up as part of three central defenders with Pendleton and Alex Whittle as wing backs, or in a more advanced deep-lying midfield position with McCormick further forward remains to be seen.

Here’s our guess at the Yeovil Town starting line-up.

Winger Lewys Twamley has been handed his first Yeovl Town start for the final National League Premier Division fixture of the season at Aldershot Town (3pm kick-off).

The 21-year-old, who signed from Southern League Merthyr Town at the end of January, is one of two changes to the Glovers’ XI from their last match, a 2-1 defeat at home to Sutton United. Central defender Jake Wannell returns to the starting line-up as part of a back three.

Finn Cousin-Dawson drops to the substitutes’ bench alongside Harvey Greenslade. They join midfielder Brett McGavin, who returned to training last week after suffering what appeared to be a season-ending injury, and striker Aaron Jarvis, who came off the bench against Sutton.

Yeovil Town have made three changes to their starting XI for today’s final home match of the season against Sutton United (3pm kick-off).

Defender Dom Bernard, midfielder Charlie Cooper, and striker Ciaran McGuckin all return to the line-up with Marcel Lavinier and Kyrell Wilson dropping to the substitutes’ bench having started the 1-0 defeat at Eastleigh on Easter Monday.

Otis Khan is unavailable following his red card five days ago which effectively ended his season-long loan spell from Oldham Athletic with just two games of the National League Premier Division season remaining.

But the real team news comes on the substitutes’ bench where defender Jake Wannell returns having been missing from the squad for the past two games, and striker Aaron Jarvis, who has not featured since injuring his hamstring in January, also on the bench.

Yeovil Town have made four changes from Good Friday’s 1-1 draw with Forest Green Rovers as they take on Eastleigh on Easter Monday (3pm kick-off).

Kyrell Wilson and Otis Khan are both in the front three alongside Harvey Greenslade with Marcel Lavinier and Michael Smith replacing Alex Whittle and Dom Bernard in the full-back positions.

All those dropping out of the starting XI are named on the bench at the Silverlake Stadium.

Yeovil Town have made two changes from last weekend’s 2-1 home win over Oldham Athletic for the visit of Forest Green Rovers to Huish Park on Good Friday.

Captain Jake Wannell is not in the squad with Morgan Williams, who appeared as a substitute six days ago having returned from two months out through injury, replacing him in a back four alongside Finn Cousin-Dawson. Dom Bernard moves to right back with Michael Smith dropping to the substitutes’ bench with Alex Whittle at left back.

Harvey Greenslade is handed a start as part of a front three alongside Ciaran McGuckin and Josh Sims. Charlie Cooper and Otis Khan, who both missed the win over Oldham through injury and unavailability, are both on the bench.
