This month’s Gloverspast is yet another Wembley hero and one of the longest serving members of the famous squad of 2013.

Joining from Newport County, Sam Foley played over 100 times across three seasons with the Glovers including that incredible Play Off campaign.

But, when the success ended, Foley stayed to prove his worth as a key member of the side in the following seasons which included a headline game against Man Utd.

Eventually departing for Port Vale in 2015, Foley will go down as a cult hero at Huish Park

We were delighted to welcome Liam McGuinn to the podcast to talk about his documentary on Yeovil Town. Liam talks through what it was like having unrestricted access, what made the cut (and what didn’t) and how part two will be different!

If you’ve not watched the documentary yet, watch it below. Fair warning, colourful language throughout.

Few players have seen as much as Lawson D’Ath has at Huish Park. In the last three years he’s been at the heart of the club through a return to the National League, covid, off-the-pitch turmoil and everything in between. (Yes, we talked referees!)

We were delighted to welcome Lawson on to the Glovers Past for this honest interview about his time in Green and White.
