Morgan Williams and Charlie Cooper return to the Yeovil Town starting XI for today’s trip to York City (3pm kick-off).

They replace the suspended Jake Wannell and Sonny Blu Lo-Everton with Sonny on the substitutes’ bench.

Yeovil Town top scorer Aaron Jarvis is back in the starting XI for today’s National League Premier match with FC Halifax Town at Huish Park (3pm kick-off).

The frontman is one of two changes from the Glovers’ side which started the 1-0 win at Southend United last weekend with Brett McGavin coming in for the suspended Charlie Cooper.

Full-back Michael Smith, who has been missing since the start of December with a hamstring injury, is named among the substitutes alongside defender Dom Bernard, who is available after serving a one-man ban seven days ago.

For the visitors, former loanee Andrew Oluwabori is named on the substitutes’ bench.

Defender Jordan Thomas returns to the Yeovil Town squad for today’s fixture at Southend United (3pm kick-off).

The full-back, who has been on loan at National League South side Salisbury, is named as one of six substitutes named by the Glovers.

Brett McGavin and Dylan Morgan are also in the bench with loan signing Pedro Borges and Harvey Greenslade in the starting XI.

 

Yeovil Town make four changes to the side which drew 0-0 at Tamworth in midweek as they take on Maidenhead United at Huish Park (3pm kick-off).

Finn Cousin-Dawson replaces the suspended Morgan Williams, Alex Whittle and Frank Nouble are in for injured captain Matt Worthington and Dylan Morgan and there is a first start for Bristol Rovers’ loanee Kofi Shaw, who replaces Ciaran McGuckin following his recall by Rotherham United in midweek.

Morgan and new signing Caleb Hughes are among the six substitutes – with seven the maximum number allowed this season – but there is no place in the Glovers’ squad for winger Jordan Young.

Yeovil Town have made four changes from their FA Cup exit last weekend as they return to league action at Wealdstone today (3pm kick-off).

It looks like it is a front two with Aaron Jarvis and on loan Rotherham United striker Ciaran McGuckin up front with the returning Dylan Morgan in behind.
 
Port Vale loanee Plant, who was unavailable for the Cup exit at Chesham United, comes in for Raphael Araoye and captain Matt Worthington returns to the starting XI. Jake Wannell, Morgan Williams and Dom Bernard in defence.

 

Josh Sims returns to the starting line up for the Glovers as they get their FA Cup campaign underway.

There’s no place in the squad for; Alex Whittle, Michael Smith or James Plant.

The first two due to injury, we presume Plant has not been given permission to play by Port Vale.

Dylan Morgan is cup tied and misses out, there’s a place on the bench for Harvey Greenslade who is on the road to recovery after injury.

The Glovers only name six subs for the game away at Chesham Utd

 

 

Michael Smith is back in the Glovers’ defence for the home game against Dagenham & Redbridge.

He comes in for Alex Whittle (who did do some fitness work pre-match) who has been struggling recently with a shoulder injury. 

Whilst Port Vale loanee James Plant is also including from the start.

There’s no place for striker Aaron Jarvis at all in the squad with winger Josh Sims back on the bench having recovered from knee tendonitis.

 

Dylan Morgan goes straight in to the Yeovil Town starting XI following his return from a loan spell at Weston-super-Mare.

The winger replaces Aaron Jarvis in the line-up for today’s home match with Aldershot Town (3pm kick-off) with on loan Rotherham United striker Ciaran McGuckin playing up front.

James Plant, signed on loan from Port Vale on Friday, is named on the substitutes’ bench with Jarvis and captain Matt Worthington.

The Glovers are looking to score their first goal for four matches in the National League Premier Division with the most recent stalemate being at Sutton United on Tuesday night.

For Aldershot, Bristol Rovers central defender Dan Ellison, who joined on loan on Friday, is in the visitors’ starting XI.

Yeovil Town have made four changes from last Saturday’s 1-0 defeat at Oldham Athletic as they travel to Sutton United in the National League Premier tonight (7.45pm kick-off).

Full-back Michael Smith, who limped off in the second half at the weekend, is replaced by Dom Bernard at right-back with loan signing striker Ciaran McGuckin and Jordan Young starting in wide positions, whilst Brett McGavin returns in the middle.

Captain Matt Worthington, Sonny Blu Lo-Everton, and Sam Pearson are all on the bench having started on Saturday with Frank Nouble, who celebrates his 33rd birthday today, taking the armband.

Sutton, who have won their last two matches including a 3-2 home win over bottom club Ebbsfleet United at home at the weekend, have two former Glovers’ loanees in their squad.

Midfielder Lewis Simper, who had three months at Huish Park in 2021, starts and on loan Ipswich Town defender Edwin Agbaje, who played had ten appearances in 2023, is on the bench.
