The Glovers are back at Huish Park this Saturday with Boreham Wood the visitors to Somerset.

Our referee for this game is Mr Niall Smith, who we have seen before, but only a couple of times. Back in May he took charge of the Glovers’ 2-1 defeat away at Aldershot, taking the name of Harry Kite on that occasion.

Roll back to the National League South title winning season and he also oversaw the 1-0 victory over Taunton, a single Frank Nouble goal the difference with Jordan Young, Jake Wannell and Michael Smith all going in the book.

This season, he’s taken charge of three games at this level, yet to brandish a red card, but the yellow one has made an appearance or 15 – but that did include a rather spicy game between Altrincham and Aldershot which had eight.

Marcus Carmichael and Thomas Holden have flag duties as assistant, Said Ouchene is marshalling the dug outs.
