Yeovil Town will face local rivals W*ymouth  at Huish Park in the fourth qualifying round of the FA Cup.

The tie will be played on Saturday, October 16.

It is the first time we have faced that lot from down the road in this competition since  October 1987 when a double from John McGinlay (yes, that one) earned us a 3-1 win in the same round.

Obviously we have good form for beating that lot in terracotta and blue after cantering to a 3-0 win at the Wessex Stadium in the National League back in January and following it up with a 3-1 win on home soil in February.

In fact, you have to go back six matches and a Boxing Day match in 1989 to find a time when the old enemy last beat us.

No ticket information is available for the tie, but watch this space for further details…..
