… can you ‘Splatt’ into somewhere? Or was that just a terrible effort to weave our new midfielder’s name into a headline pun? Not sure, anyway, I digress
Yeovil Town have announced the loan signing of Delano McCoy-Splatt from Wimbledon for the rest of the season.
Formerly of Fulham, the midfielder has been capped at full international level by Jamaica and head to Huish Park for the remainder of the campaign.
Two of the Glovers’ loanees; Dak Mafico and Josh Tobin have injuries which may take them out for some (or in the case of Tobin, possibly all) of the season and Splatt joins to bolster the ranks.
He’s represented Wimbledon a handful of times this season, including against Gateshead in the FA Cup.
Welcome to Somerset, Delano!
