Tickets

Yeovil Town host Didcot Town in the FA Cup 3rd Qualifying Round on Saturday 30th September and tickets are now available for the game.

Much like the game against AFC Stoneham, just the main (Bamfords) stand and Thatchers terrace are open for the game, and much like the game against Stoneham, tickets are set at £10 for Adults, £7 for concessions and just £2 for Under 16s.

Tickets for the Glovers’ away fixture at Bath City are now on sale, but come with an almighty asterisk attached to them.

Yeovil Town are scheduled to head to face the Romans on Saturday 14th October, however, should EITHER SIDE progress to the fourth qualifying round of the FA Cup, that game will have to be rescheduled – likely to a midweek slot.

Nevertheless, tickets are now available and the home side do point out that in the event of a postponement, tickets would be valid for the rearranged date… or you can opt for a refund.

The Glovers have been given an allocation of 1100 tickets for the game, at the “Bristol End” of the stadium.

Tickets are £1 cheaper than if purchased on the night, and to be honest, there’s a fair chance this game will get close to selling out regardless of when it’s played, so leaving it late is probably not advisable.

The match IS segregated and thus travelling fans will have their own separate end and facilities.

Yeovil Town’s ticket portal has updated to show that tickets for the Glovers’ FA 2nd Qualifying game against AFC Stoneham are now on sale.

At time of writing, tickets can only be purchased in either the Thatchers Gold Terrace or in the Bamfords (main) Stand.

This includes away fans who will be situated in blocks, AA, A and some of B in that main stand.

The match is on Saturday 16th of September with a 3pm kick off.

All money’s raised from ticket sales (after costs) will be split 50/50 between the two sides, yesterday, the Stoneham chairman said it was a ‘dream’ tie and they would love to get as many of the 1500 people associated to their club through their many teams to the game.

If the game is a draw at 90 minutes a replay will be arranged, winners of the tie will pick up £3375 from the competition prize fund and £1125 will be distributed to the losing clubs

Yeovil Town’s first match in regional football since the mid-1990’s sees us head to Hemel Hempstead Town and tickets are now on sale via the home team’s website.

At time of writing there has been no indication about potential segregation at the ground, something which we’ll try and keep on top of this season.

Yeovil Town’s first pre-season friendly sees them head to Buckland Athletic on Saturday 8th of July – the game kicks off at 3pm.

Buckland have confirmed on social media that ticket sales are not being taken before the day and have instead opted for a ‘Pay on the day’ approach.

For those of you making the trip the Buckland Website has the following travel instructions…

Location: Homers Heath, Kingskerswell Road, Newton Abbot, Devon, TQ12 1DG

Directions: From Exeter: Take the A380 signposted Torquay and travel along this road until you reach Penn Inn roundabout. A Reminder of the Full YTFC Pre-Season Schedule

20.04.24Dover AthleticA15:00

Tickets for the FA Cup replay at Taunton Town on Tuesday night will go on sale to season ticket holders only, the club has confirmed.

In a post on its Twitter channel after Saturday’s goalless draw, the club said it expected to receive “a very limited capacity” for the match and promised further details “in due course.”

If the police allow the stadium to operate at a theoretical 2,500 capacity, which seems unlikely, the maximum allocation would be 375 – so probably bank on it being a bit lower than that. Our guess is the allocation will be around 300 people.

On Sunday lunchtime, the National League South Peacocks provided an update to its own supporters saying that details were for its own fans only adding that “Yeovil Town FC will manage their own allocation“.

Tickets for home supporters were priced at £15 for Adults, £10 for Concessions and £5 for all Under 18s, which probably suggests the cost of tickets for travelling fans – but we will wait and see.

The match at Wordsworth Drive – or the Cygnet Health Care Stadium, if you like sponsored names – will kick-off at 7.45pm.

The Taunton update adds: “Supporters are reminded that any form of smoke bomb or pyrotechnic is strictly forbidden inside the stadium. Any person identified breaching this regulation will be notified to the Police and be subject to an immediate football banning order.”

Watch this space for details on tickets for away fans…..

The Screwfix Stand at Huish Park will not be open to home supporters for the Somerset derby against Taunton Town next weekend, the club has confirmed.

Announcing ticketing arrangements, the club said that it will only be opening the Main Stand and Thatcher’s Gold Stand for the fourth qualifying round tie and would not be able to guarantee season ticket holders their nornmal seats.

The club said: “For this fixture, we will only be opening the Hellier Group Main Stand & the Thatcher’s Gold Stand. Home fans will be seated in Hellier Group Main Stand blocks B – GG and standing on Terrace.

As the full stadium wont be open, we unfortunately wont be able to reserve season ticket spaces for this particular cup fixture. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Slightly confusingly, the club’s ticketing portal highlights that away fans can buy a ticket in the Screwfix Stand, but instead will be seated in the Main Stand, Block AA-B.

Speaking about the tie on Thursday, Yeovil manager Chris Hargreaves said he expected there to be a large following from the Peacocks who sit mid-table in 14th place in the National League South with ten games gone.

He said: “It’s a brilliant draw for the fans. I am guessing Taunton will bring 1,200 or 1,500 fans which would be excellent. Our supporters will look forward to and its great for the area.

To be honest, the headline kind of said everything you need to know, but you’ve scrolled down so I better pad it out a bit here.

Yeovil Town’s game against Woking (with him, that other fella and the other one) has been rearranged for Tuesday 1st November.
