Yeovil Town have added another pre-season friendly to the schedule with a trip to Taunton Town in the books for Tuesday 12th of July.

The game will kick off at 7:45pm against the newly promoted National League South side.

The two sides met last pre-season with Yeovil winning 1-0.

The Full Pre-Season schedule so far looks like this;

Tues 12th July – Taunton – Away – 7:45pm

Sat July 16th – Exeter – Home – 3pm

Sat July 23rd – Plymouth- Home – 3pm

Tues Jule 26th – Dorchester- Away – 7:45*

Dorchester’s Avenue Stadium ? Ciderspace

Further to the two home friendlies with Exeter and Plymouth which have already been announced, Dorchester Town has confirmed that the Glovers will visit the Avenue ahead of the 2022/23 season.

Chris Hargreaves’ side will head to the Avenue on Tuesday 26th of July, presumably with a 7:45pm kick off.

Ticket details are not yet available from the Magpies, we will confirm them when we know more.

No sooner had the 2021/2022 season finish, did the preparation for 22/23 begin and we have our first pre season friendly in the books.

Exeter, fresh from Promotion to League One will come to Huish Park on Saturday July 16th with a 3pm Kick Off and…

Plymouth Argyle will visit Huish Park on Saturday July 23rd, with a 3pm Kick Off.

Argyle are preparing for their season in League One as well and will take in other local games against Bristol City and Truro.

Ticket news will be made available in due course.

Yeovil Town have released their full pre-season schedule with games against Southampton and Bournemouth XIs added to the six-game schedule.

Previous games against Taunton Town and Weston Super Mare had already been confirmed, but now we also have dates set in stone for games against Forest Green Rovers, Stratford Town and the Under 23s from both Southampton and Bournemouth.

Tickets for the away game at Weston Super Mare are already on sale, with further ticketing details to follow for the other five pre-season fixtures.

Forest Green Rovers has been confirmed at Yeovil Town’s latest pre-season opposition with a match scheduled for Saturday, July 31, 3pm kick-off.

The League Two play-off semi-finalists are the first pre-season friendly match confirmed at Huish Park for pre-season.

The club has already confirmed trips to Taunton Town on Tuesday, August 3 and Weston-super-Mare on Saturday, August 7.
